Player development comes first. Although it is nice to win games, teaching players fundamentals (especially at a young age) to take to the next level is far more important.

Achievements include 2 NCCAA national championships.
8 years with Norman Youth Soccer association, now Oklahoma Celtic FC
Coach of the the year 2018 with Oklahoma Celtic
I also coached with my local team Nottingham Forests junior reds program in England before moving to Oklahoma.
